  • Completed Mini Mos 10k in 52 mins

  • Completed City to Surf in 75 mins

 “Trudy has been training for 4 months. Post pregnancy, the super fit mother of two wanted to regain her pre pregnancy fitness. Trudy's weekly program includes 2-3 strength sessions a week and 2-3 runs. Starting lightly we have been able to progress at fairly rapid rate due to Trudy's consistency. Trudy managed to knock off the Mini-Mos 10km  in 52 minutes and the city to surf in 75 mins, a fantastic effort! Trudy is a joy to train and always puts in her absolute best. I enjoy our sessions thoroughly and look forward to helping Trudy meet many more goals in the future”
