We are an appointment based personal fitness/exercise studio. Generally we are open:
Monday to Friday:
6am – noon and 4pm - 8pm
Saturday: 6am – 1pm
*Please note that the hours given are a general guide however the studio will only be open when trainers have clients booked so these hours may vary. Outside of these times please contact us on 9908 2499 and leave your contact details to arrange a complimentary session.
