How do I get started on a training program?HOW THE STUDIO WORKSINITIAL DISCUSSIONA complimentary half hour session to discuss your needs and goals, and to devise a plan. An opportunity to meet your prospective trainer and for them to meet you. ASSESSMENTAn hour’s postural health and fitness assessment to determine your current condition and any postural weaknesses that need addressing. These results combined with the information collected in the initial discussion are used to plan your program. SESSION ONE ONWARDSAn hour’s personal training session that is done at a regular chosen time each week with your trainer one on one. REASSESSMENTWe do a goal review and fitness assessment every 12 weeks to ensure progress is being made toward your goals.
