I have never been to a personal training studio, what can I expect on my first visit? 

For your first time with us we will cover some of the following:

  • Tour of our studio
  • Health and Medical history discussion
  • Lifestyle questionnaire discussion
  • Current health and medical condition discussion
  • Exercise and lifestyle goals
  • Health assessment and postural profile that will include health indicators check, posture, strength, flexibility

We will of course answer any questions you have in regard to the studio or your training program.
Please bring your completed documents that we have emailed to you (Pre-exercise questionnaire, Waiver, Goal questionnaire). 
Feel free to wear your training clothes (shorts and a T-shirt are fine) and bring your usual walking or training shoes.  Please bring a water bottle also.  A clean, fresh towel is supplied by us for every session.
